The reports of «FuW - The Analysis» evaluate balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements based on the historical and expected development of specific key figures. These include sales, operating margins, equity ratio or return on capital.
The SWOT analysis presents the most important strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the company.
«FuW - The Analysis» is available at an annual cost of 600 Fr. or combined with the newspaper at 736 Fr. (digital) or at 848 Fr. (classic).
Up to 100 Swiss companies all in one subscription
The subscription includes companies whose shares are included in the Swiss Market Index (SMI) or SMI Mid (SMIM), as well as up to 50 other important companies outside these two indices.
The assessment is relative to the Swiss stock market, using the Swiss Performance Index (SPI) as a benchmark. The investment horizon of a recommendation is twelve months.
In the case of a «buy» recommendation, «Finanz und Wirtschaft» assumes that the recommended stock will outperform the SPI by at least 5%. Stocks which «Finanz und Wirtschaft» considers to have particularly good chances are awarded the rating «Top Pick».
In the case of a «Hold» recommendation, «Finanz und Wirtschaft» expects the stock to perform within the benchmark (+/- 5%).
In the case of a «Sell» recommendation, the stock is expected to underperform the SPI by at least 5%. The yield is computed by adding the price performance of the share and the dividend payout together.
